SonicBoost ProLite is an Android mastering app built for independent artists, podcasters, and content creators who need great‑sounding audio without a full studio setup.

Instead of just boosting the volume, SonicBoost runs your track through a real mastering chain: tone‑shaping EQ, dynamic compression, harmonic enhancement, loudness normalization, and limiting. The result is a louder, clearer, more balanced version of your mix.

The app is created and maintained by Emmanuel Ngobeh, an indie developer focused on honest, transparent tools. SonicBoost is designed to be:

Honest expectations from day one.
Does SonicBoost guarantee “radio ready” results?
SonicBoost applies a professional mastering chain, but it can’t fix a fundamentally poor mix or recording. Noisy, distorted or unbalanced material will still reflect those issues – just more polished.
How important is the quality of my uploaded file?
Very important. The quality of the result is limited by the quality of the source. Clean, well‑balanced mixes (with headroom and minimal clipping) master much better than rough demos.
What formats and levels do you recommend?
Use WAV or high‑bitrate MP3 (320 kbps). Leave −3 dB to −6 dB headroom on your mix bus and avoid heavy master‑bus limiting. Let SonicBoost handle final loudness.
Why does my master sound different from other services?
Mastering is partly subjective. SonicBoost uses consistent, genre‑aware processing; a human engineer or another service may make different creative choices. Different doesn’t mean wrong – it reflects different decisions.
How long do you keep my files?
Completed masters are kept in your in‑app history for a short period (up to 30 days) so you can revisit and download them. Unprocessed uploads older than a couple of hours are automatically removed to save space. You can delete completed masters from the History screen at any time.
